Secure-the-building modes have been lifted at both Nokesville Elementary School and Brentsville District High School. All students and staff are safe. The secure-the-building protocol was implemented briefly during police activity in the area. |

The Brentsville Dance Team provides students with an opportunity to support school spirit, work together to show leadership for younger dancers, and most importantly, DANCE! This competitive dance team is open to both female and male dancers; our squad focuses on attitude and technique in jazz, pom, hip-hop and kick-line routines.
The Dance Team supports both the Football and Basketball teams by performing at their half time shows. In addition, the Dance Team competes in yearly dance squad competitions. Please come out and support our Dance Team!!

Mondays, we will be focusing on running choreography for our dances Wednesday, we will be focusing on technique, energy and expression We have basketball games (7:00 pm) on Monday 12/5, Tuesday 12/13, Friday 1/6, Tuesday 2/7 and Thursday 2/9 No Practice on Wednesday 12/21 or during winter break or holidays. (11/23-11/27, 12/23-1/2, 1/16, 1/30) No Practice the week of mid-terms 1/23 through 1/27. Additional Practices for Brooke Point: Friday 1/6 (gym), Tuesday 1/10, Friday 1/13 (gym), Tuesday 1/17, Friday 1/20 (gym) In February: We will have practice on 2/1 and 2/6 ONLY. Our fundraising class at Nokesville Elementary School will be on TUESDAY from 2:45 until 4:15 at NES in the gym and will run 2/21, 2/28, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20 and 3/27 After that we only have to start working on try-outs for 2012-2013 do you "LIKE" BDHS Dance Team on facebook? Schedule for FallDancers - please remember this September is CRAZY busy.
We have games every Friday in September except the 2nd. This means we will have practice most Friday afternoons. Regular practices are Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 until 4:00. By 2:30 you should be totally dressed, stretched and ready to go. Homecoming is the last Friday in September. This includes the parade and the pep rally. The last game (senior night) is November 4th - Competition is November 5th.
